Sports & Physical Activities
At AES, we prioritize physical well-being alongside academic and spiritual development. Our sports program is designed to instill discipline, boost self-confidence, and encourage teamwork through structured physical activities.
1. Karate Training
Professional Martial Arts (Karate) training is provided twice a week during school hours, with separate sessions for boys and girls. The program focuses on self-defense, confidence-building, and physical fitness.
Insha’Allah, every student is expected to achieve a Black Belt by the end of Grade 6.
2. Outdoor Games
Outdoor sports foster energy, coordination, and teamwork. AES students actively participate in a range of traditional and modern outdoor games, such as:
- Kabaddi
- Running and Track Events
- Dodge Ball
- Football
These activities help students build stamina, agility, and a sense of fair play.
3. Indoor Games
To develop mental agility and strategic thinking, we offer engaging indoor games such as:
- Chess
- Board Games (like Ludo, Snake & Ladder, Monopoly, etc.)
Indoor game sessions are held in a relaxed, supervised environment to promote focus, patience, and analytical skills.
